Instructions

  1. Prepare the Brie Centerpiece: Place the brie cheese wheel in the center of a large cookie sheet or wooden serving tray to serve as the board’s focal point.
  2. Add Honey and Berries to Brie: Drizzle the brie generously with honey and sprinkle a handful of fresh blackberries and raspberries on top to enhance flavor and visual appeal.
  3. Arrange Croissants and Donut Holes: Place the mini croissants, donut holes, and strawberries neatly in the outer corners of the tray to create balance and add pops of color.
  4. Fill the Tray with Meats and Remaining Items: Fold the salami into quarters or create salami roses as desired and arrange alongside honey ham, kiwi slices, blueberries, grapes, orange sections, and cheese cubes and slices, filling the tray evenly.
  5. Finish with Candies and Decorations: Fill any remaining gaps on the board with chocolate hearts, chocolate covered raisins, Andes mints, and optionally fresh flowers to create a lush, full appearance perfect for presentation.

Notes

  • For an elegant presentation, try rolling the salami slices into rose shapes before placing them on the board.
  • Use a large sturdy tray or board for easier transport and display.
  • Fresh flowers are optional but add a charming touch and brighten the presentation.
  • Keep the board refrigerated until just before serving to maintain freshness of cheese and fruits.
