Cilantro Lime Dressing

  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Fresh Jalapeno
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Cilantro
  • 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Salt
  • Juice of 2 Limes

Instructions

  1. Cook the chicken: Prepare the chicken breast by baking, boiling, or grilling it according to your preference until fully cooked. Once done, shred the chicken and chop into small pieces. Set aside and allow to cool.
  2. Prepare vegetables: Dice the celery stalks, slice the green onions, and finely chop the fresh jalapenos to ready them for the salad mix.
