  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook the Beef: Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked, about 8–10 minutes. Drain excess grease, then add the taco seasoning and ¼ cup water. Stir well and simmer the mixture for 5 minutes until the flavors meld.
  2. Warm the Tortillas: Heat the tortillas on a dry skillet or in the microwave briefly to make them soft and flexible for easy rolling without tearing.
  3. Assemble the Burrito: Lay each warm tortilla flat on a clean surface. Layer with ¼ cup cooked rice, a generous portion of the seasoned beef, 2 tablespoons each of nacho cheese sauce and chipotle sauce, and 2 tablespoons sour cream. Sprinkle evenly with shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
  4. Grill the Burrito: Heat a clean skillet over medium heat and sprinkle about 2 tablespoons of shredded cheese on the skillet. Place the burrito seam-side down onto the melting cheese. Cook for 3–4 minutes until the cheese forms a crispy golden crust. Carefully flip the burrito and repeat on the other side with additional cheese for another 3–4 minutes, ensuring the burrito is heated through and crispy on both sides.
