Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven or Air Fryer: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) or prepare your air fryer by following the manufacturer’s instructions. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
  2. Mash the Banana: In a medium bowl, mash the ripe banana thoroughly until smooth to form the base of your dough.
  3. Mix Ingredients: Add the almond or oat flour and cinnamon or vanilla extract if using. Stir until a soft, sticky dough forms that holds together well.
  4. Form Dough Balls: Roll the dough into small balls approximately 1 inch in diameter. If the dough is sticky, dampen your hands slightly to make rolling easier.
