Instructions

  3. Make the dressing: In a small bowl or jar, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and freshly cracked black pepper to create a bright and fresh dressing.
  4. Toss it all together: Combine cucumber, onion, chopped dill, and crumbled feta in a large bowl. Drizzle the dressing over and gently toss, taking care to keep the feta crumbly and not mashed.
