Instructions

  1. Prepare the chicken: Cut the chicken breasts into thin strips. In a mixing bowl, combine garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Add the chicken strips and toss well to coat with the seasoning evenly.
  2. Preheat the air fryer: Set the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) and preheat for about 3 to 5 minutes to ensure even cooking.
  3. Cook the chicken: Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Arrange the seasoned chicken strips in a single layer inside the basket. Cook for 8 minutes total, flipping the strips halfway through. The chicken should be golden brown and cooked through.
